Note: Our team will review your request quickly. Depending on the situation, we will provide a free replacement (Reshipment) or a refund, ensuring you are 100% satisfied with our service.

3. Package Protection & Delivery 📦

  • Non-Delivery: If your package is lost in transit or hasn't arrived within 45 days, please contact us immediately for a guaranteed reshipment at no extra cost.
  • Return Shipping: If a return or inspection is required due to a confirmed defect, we will provide specific instructions. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
